International Yoga Day Celebration

"Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim. The better you practice the brighter your flame." With the theme of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam One Earth one Family one Future 9th International Yoga Day was celebrated at Sagar Public School Gandhi Nagar on 21st June 2023. The event began with a brief introduction on Yoga and its significance. Our Sagarites and teachers performed few important Yoga Asanas and Pranayama with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students and Teachers took a pledge to adopt Yoga in their daily life for sound health and peace of mind.
